The issues you address in therapy often revolve around emotional distress, trauma, and relationship challenges, which can hinder a person’s ability to live a fulfilling and productive life. I will help you explore these issues in a safe, confidential space where they can be understood and addressed. I will support you in building resiliency, developing healthier coping skills, and regaining a sense of well-being. My goal is to help clients overcome the obstacles in their lives, regain their emotional balance, and enhance their overall quality of life.

I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, existential issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and substance use. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of each age group.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. I believe in meeting clients where they are and building a trusting, empathetic relationship as the foundation for healing. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy to offer unconditional positive regard and deep empathy, Interpersonal Process Therapy to explore relational patterns and dynamics, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and heal from trauma. This combination allows me to support clients holistically—emotionally, relationally, and somatically—based on their unique needs and goals. With children, I primarily use Person-Centered Play Therapy, which allows young clients to express themselves through play in a safe and accepting environment. For adolescents, I integrate developmentally appropriate creative interventions that foster engagement and encourage emotional expression, such as art, journaling, and narrative techniques.

I appreciate you considering me as part of your counseling journey. Reaching out for support is a courageous and often difficult first step, and I want to honor the strength it takes to begin this process. Whether you're navigating overwhelming emotions, past trauma, identity concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to heal and grow.
