Hi! I am a client-centered, system-minded, and passionate clinical social worker who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s hardest chapters to find safety and healing.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially if you are managing a disability, recovering from a trauma, or navigating complex systems. You deserve a space that feels both warm and empowering. As a system-minded social worker, I don’t just look at “symptoms”-I look at you as a whole person. Together, we will use tools like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help you regain a sense of control and peace.
Whether we are working to process trauma or building daily coping skills, my goal is to walk alongside you. I bring four years of experience working with veterans and the disability community, ensuring our work is accessible, inclusive, and deeply human.
I am Provisionally Licensed in Wyoming, currently completing advanced clinical hours which allows our work to benefit from additional expert perspective and oversight.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, you’ll find me recharging with a good book (often until the early morning!) or taking long walks with my husband and our infant son. I enjoy trying new foods and have dipped my toe into sourdough bread making! I believe in the power of lifelong learning-and having a little fun along the way.
