I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to providing a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences and feel genuinely seen and understood. I believe meaningful and lasting change occurs within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect, and I am honored to support individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages.

My clinical background includes extensive experience in the domestic violence field, where I worked closely with adult survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. This work strengthened my trauma-informed lens and continues to inform my approach to helping clients navigate healing, empowerment, and resilience. In addition to this foundation, I have been practicing in a private practice setting for nearly two years, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns.

I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and treatment goals. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting (Phase 1 and Phase 2 trained), Play Therapy, expressive therapies, and psychoeducational interventions. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually pursue advanced training to provide ethical, effective, and client-centered care.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Woman’s University in 2022 and my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University in 2025.

Outside of my clinical work, I value balance, connection, and creativity. I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, pets, and family, and I find restoration through creative expression, including art, crafting, and dance. In my free time, I also enjoy gaming, gardening, traveling, cooking, and relaxing with a favorite series.
