Rachael Duggan MS, LPC

Hey there, I’m excited to meet you!  I’m sure that sounds strange since you don’t know me aside from my picture, so . . . let me tell you a little about myself. I have a master's degree from the University of Wyoming in Community Mental Health Counseling. When I am not working, I enjoy outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, and hunting in the beautiful mountains of Wyoming. Although I love to be outside, I am happy to stay in reading good books, sewing, or just watching television. I love to show off my fur babies, check things off my bucket list, and spend as much time with my family as I can.

Let’s create a healthier and happier life by working together to process through past and current life experiences, learn the skills, and assemble the tools needed to overcome life's various obstacles. Each client requires a different approach to therapy due to their different life experiences and needs. I offer several modalities including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe heavily in helping clients learn healthy coping skills to manage everyday and major life stressors. I aim to prioritize women who are suffering from current or past intimate partner violence. By working together we can find ways for you to live a liberated life and find your best self. You absolutely must choose yourself, and that looks different for each person, let me help you find what this looks like for you! You’re allowed to put your needs first, that doesn’t make you selfish, therapy can be the first step. “Always remember the power of the simple smile, a helping hand, a listening ear, and a kind word.” – Don Ritchie.
