Hi there! I’m Connor, and I’m happy for the opportunity to work together. Starting therapy or reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable and accepted from the very first session.
I use a person-centered, collaborative approach that integrates techniques from several therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help you build on your personal strengths while developing the tools and insight needed to create meaningful growth and change in your life.
My professional background includes experience in community mental health, schools, and youth development settings, where I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating challenges such as life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also welcome the opportunity to support children and adolescents as part of my practice. I recognize the unique pressures young people face and strive to create an approachable space where they feel heard, and supported. Across all ages and concerns, I believe authenticity and genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship can be powerful sources of healing and growth.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me reading a good series, walking my two dogs, playing video games, or spending way too much time in thrift stores.
Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to figure things out alone. If you feel I could be a good fit for your needs, I’d be happy to connect for a free consultation or initial appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
